This update is a little deceiving. It makes me feel like I'm close to finishing this thing. In reality, I have a ton of stuff to finish. It does feel good to get some of the important steps accomplished though
Power steering lines finished.
This driveline fits the rear perfectly. It is a Rubicon Express driveline left over from my 2.5L wrangler days.
SYE is in and tcase is just waiting for fluid.
Entire brake system is plumbed.
Exhaust is basically finished. It is now all welded, but I still need a couple flanges between the flex coupling and muffler. I solid mounted everything from the flex coupling back because of the tight tolerances. Having the exhaust solid mounted is the reason for the flex coupling. This is the first time I've used one, but I've read that people have great luck with them. Time will tell.
Crazy loops for the front driveline clearance.
Beside the battery box and over the axle
Two into one to keep things simple. I wouldn't have room for dual exhaust anyways. Oh, I still need to add my O2 sensor.
My attempt at keeping the tailpipe out of the rocks.
Just enough room for shackle movement.
Ignore these...
