I escaped the basement apartment for a few hours to watch Andrew begin assembly of the new motor. Hopefully I can get some more time this week to finish it up.

This is the rod that needs replaced... along with the crank, pistons, rings, and cam bearings. I will be driving it to work soon! Now to decide on a reverse manual valve body or not..?
